The following is a status report on the Constitution and By-laws:

We have retained the services of a lawyer who specializes in subcontracting law. Mitch Kearney, a Baltimore native, and a gentleman who has had extensive experience in his father's (The Hampshire Company) subcontracting company, including polymer finishes prior to entering law school. We hope that Mitch will continue to serve us on an annual basis and to keep our subcontractors out of trouble. He will finalize our Constitution, By-laws, Incorporation, and file for not-for-profit status with the Internal Revenue Service.
